Christmas Eve: getting ready for him
  • Santa's Magic Key: hang it on the front door so he can get in without a chimney. Antique-finish metal key on red-and-white twine, with the poem on a keepsake tag
  • Magical Reindeer Food: sprinkle it on the lawn before bed so the reindeer can find your house. Kraft packet with the verse on the front
Christmas morning: he dropped his wallet

Among the presents sits a wallet that isn't anyone's. They open it. It's Santa's.

  • Bank of Reindeerland notes, signed by Santa himself
  • His Flying Licence: scan it to see his official record
  • North Pole Pay card: the number matches the payment on his coffee receipt
  • Frosta coffee receipt on real thermal paper. Hold it near heat and it darkens, just like a real till receipt
  • Reedl Express receipt: the items on it are the ones crossed off his shopping list
  • His handwritten shopping list, half crossed off
  • Frosta Coffee Club card, one stamp away from a free coffee
  • North Pole Lotto ticket: scan it to watch the draw and check his numbers
  • North Pole Public Library card: scan it to see what he's been reading
  • North Pole postage stamps and a photo of Mrs Claus
...and his passport

By the fireplace lies a burgundy passport with gold lettering. He crosses every border on Earth in one night, and it slipped out of his pocket too.

  • Gold foil cover, sewn and bound at true passport size
  • Hologram ID page with his photo and signature
  • Passport number laser-punched through every page. Hold one up to the light
  • Full of country stamps from his journey. Look closely at the dates
  • Scan the last page to open the North Pole Passport Office and check his record. No app, no sign-up
It all adds up

His photo and signature match across the passport and the wallet. The card matches the receipt. The receipt matches the shopping list. The more they check, the more certain they get. That's why this works when the usual tricks don't.

The next morning: they get to keep it

Keep the postcard back on Christmas morning. When they find the wallet, they'll want to give it back to Santa. Let them do the right thing for a day, then post the postcard through your door the next morning: Santa has a new wallet, and they can keep this one for being so honest. The passport carries its own Official Stamp of Authority saying the finder may keep it too.

Good to know
  • Everything in the kit: Santa's Lost Wallet® with 12 keepsakes inside, Santa's Lost Passport®, Santa's Magic Key and Magical Reindeer Food

  • Novelty keepsakes throughout: the notes aren't legal tender and the key doesn't open anything
Please note: the reindeer food is a garden tradition, not a food
  • Not for human or pet consumption
  • Made from oats, rice and cinnamon
  • Contains oats: keep away from anyone with an oat or gluten allergy, and supervise young children

Is it right for my child?

Best for ages 3 to 10, the years when belief is strongest. Children tend to stop believing at around eight, so the window is shorter than most parents expect.

Everything is a novelty keepsake rather than a toy. Small parts mean adult supervision for under-3s.

Who makes it

We designed every piece: the same family who invented Santa's Lost Wallet® in 2022. The wallet's keepsakes are printed here in the UK, the passport is printed and bound by a specialist booklet printer, and every kit is packed by hand, by us, in the UK.

You're emailing a family, not a call centre. We aim to reply within one working day.

Three moments, one story

Every clue backs up the next

The kit turns Christmas Eve, Christmas morning and the morning after into one story your child pieces together themselves.

Christmas Eve
Christmas Eve The Magic Key goes on the front door so he can get in without a chimney, and the reindeer food goes on the lawn so they can find the house. Two jobs before bed. Then straight upstairs.
Christmas morning
Christmas morning Among the presents sits a wallet that isn't anyone's. They open it, and it's Santa's. By the fireplace lies his passport. He dropped both on his way out.
The morning after
The morning after They'll want to give it back. Let them, for a day. Then the postcard arrives: Santa has a new wallet, and they can keep this one. Rewarded for being honest. That's the ending.
The passport and Flying Licence side by side with matching photo, birthday and signature, and the bank card matching the receipt

The proof

It all adds up.

A bitten carrot won't fool a seven-year-old any more. Twenty keepsakes that all agree with each other will. The more they check, the more certain they get.

  • Same photo on his passport and his Flying Licence
  • Same signature, same birthday
  • The card number matches his coffee receipt
  • The receipt matches the shopping list he crossed off
Pages of Santa's Lost Passport: stamps, official observations, crew manifest, customs declaration and description of Santa

...and his passport

Every page tells a story.

He crosses every border on Earth in one night, and his passport slipped out of his pocket too. Sewn and bound at true passport size, with gold foil on the front.

  • Hologram ID page with his photo and signature
  • Passport number laser-punched through every page
  • Country stamps from his journey. Look closely at the dates
  • A novelty keepsake, not a travel document

They get to keep it.

Any person finding this passport is hereby informed that they are not required to return it… You may keep it as a memory of when Santa Claus came to visit you.

Questions, answered

The things parents ask us before they buy.

What's in the kit?

Santa's Lost Wallet® with its 12 keepsakes inside, Santa's Lost Passport®, Santa's Magic Key and Magical Reindeer Food. Count every piece and it comes to 20 keepsakes.

They're the same wallet and passport we sell on their own, together in one kit for less.

Do they have to give it back?

No, and the kit tells them so itself. Keep the postcard back on Christmas morning, let them do the right thing for a day, then post it through your door the next morning: Santa has a new wallet, and they can keep this one for being so honest.

The passport says the same thing in writing. Its first page after his ID is a statement from the North Pole Authorities that whoever finds it may keep it.

What if a friend finds one too?

He visits millions of homes in one night, and things get dropped. His passport already says he has been issued a replacement, and a border officer has stamped a reminder inside it: "Consider ordering a new passport." He has form.

Do the QR codes need an app?

No. Point any phone camera at the Flying Licence, the lotto ticket, the library card or the last page of the passport, and his record, the lotto results, his library or the North Pole Passport Office opens. No app, no sign-up, and no shop.

Is the reindeer food safe?

It's a garden tradition, not a food: sprinkle it on the lawn on Christmas Eve. It's made from oats, rice and cinnamon, with no glitter and no plastic. Not for human or pet consumption.

It contains oats, so keep it away from anyone with an oat or gluten allergy, and supervise young children.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes. £14.99 to the European Union and £23.99 to the rest of the world. UK standard delivery is free on the kit. International delivery times vary by destination and can't be guaranteed, and any customs duties or import taxes are payable by you.
