How it works
They'll be certain Santa was really here.
A stocking is something you give them. A wallet on the floor is evidence, and children believe evidence.
-
Christmas Eve
You hide it
Once they're asleep, drop it where a man in a hurry might.
-
Christmas morning
They find it
Before the presents. It has his name all over it.
-
Christmas Day
The magic unfolds
Seventeen keepsakes to check, and three of them scan.
-
The morning after
The postcard arrives
Post it through your own door. Santa says thank you.
Don't just take our word for it
Real children, real Christmas mornings, filmed by their parents.

Copied? Not even close.
Your child is too smart for a cheap copy. They’ll turn every card over, read every receipt, and one flimsy detail is all it takes for them to catch on that it was you. Here’s why they’ll believe ours really is Santa’s.

Questions
Questions, answered
The things parents ask us before they buy.
What if someone else in their class gets one too?
Then the story still works, because we built it to. Scan the QR code on his Flying Licence and you'll see his licence record, with the number of times it's had to be re-issued. In other words, the number of times he's lost his wallet. It's on public record.
It takes two children in the same class, both given one, for it to come up at all. When it does, they compare notes and land on the answer the story already gives them: he had a long night, and he was in a hurry.
Isn't this teaching them to keep something that isn't theirs?
No. The next day a postcard from Santa arrives, thanking your child for finding his wallet and explaining that Papa Elf has already issued him a replacement. He gives them permission to keep it as a thank you.
So nothing is kept without asking. Honesty rewarded, permission properly given.
Do the QR codes need an app?
No. Point any phone camera at one and the page opens. No app, no account, no sign-up. The wallet has three to find: his flying licence, his lottery ticket and his library card. The passport has one more on its last page.
How quickly will it arrive?
Order before 2pm on a weekday (noon on Saturday) and it's dispatched the same day. Royal Mail 48 is £2.99, or free when you spend £25. Royal Mail 24 is £3.99, and Special Delivery (next working day) is £6.99.
These are Royal Mail's aims rather than guarantees.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes. £14.99 to the European Union and £23.99 to the rest of the world. International delivery times vary by destination and can't be guaranteed, and any customs duties or import taxes are payable by you.
Who actually makes these?
We do. Santa's Lost Wallet® was invented by our family in 2022. Everything is designed by us and packed by hand here in the UK.
You're emailing a family, not a call centre. We aim to reply within one working day.
