UK Delivery

  • Free standard delivery on all UK orders over £25. It is applied automatically at checkout, with no code needed.
  • Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day. On Saturdays the cut-off is noon.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off are dispatched the next dispatch day.
  • We dispatch six days a week. We do not dispatch on Sundays, because the post office is shut.
  • Delivery times are counted in working days from dispatch, not from the time the order is placed.
  • Standard and Express delivery times are Royal Mail aims, not guarantees. The vast majority of orders arrive within them. If you need a firm date, choose Next Day Guaranteed, which is the only service Royal Mail guarantees and the only one we can guarantee to you.

International Shipping

  • International delivery times vary by destination and are not guaranteed.
  • Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking & Delivery

  • All orders include a tracking number, provided once your order is dispatched.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or any courier once the parcel has left our premises.
  • If a parcel is lost, we will conduct an investigation with Royal Mail. Resolutions will be offered depending on the outcome of that investigation.

Address Issues

  • Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address entered is accurate and complete.
  • Our system may flag addresses that appear incomplete or high risk. If this occurs, we will attempt to contact you by email. If no response is received, your order will be shipped to the address provided and Kate Create LTD cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery or delays.
  • If you contact us to request an address change, we can only make this change if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, no changes can be made.
  • If a parcel is delivered to an incorrect or outdated address because of information provided at checkout, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund.
  • If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and resend the order. An additional shipping fee may apply.

🎄 Christmas Ordering

Christmas is the whole point of what we make, so we take the timing seriously.

  • We will publish our Christmas ordering deadlines on this page as soon as Royal Mail confirms its last recommended posting dates for 2026. Those dates are usually announced in the autumn.
  • In the run-up to Christmas, Next Day Guaranteed (£6.99) is the only service that carries a guaranteed delivery date. Standard and Express remain Royal Mail aims and cannot be guaranteed, however early you order.
  • Orders must be placed before 2pm to be dispatched the same day, and noon on Saturdays.
  • We strongly recommend ordering as early as you can. December is the busiest period of the year for every carrier, and Kate Create LTD cannot be held responsible for courier delays beyond our control.
